Lucas has been working in media agencies for 30 years. Originally from the UK, he’s held leadership roles with several large media agency groups, including Publicis, Omnicom, and Dentsu. He has a global outlook with operational experience in the UK, China, and the US. Throughout his career, he has navigated the ever-changing media landscape and has seen the beneficial impact that technology continues to bring to our industry. What keeps him coming back to work every day? The impact that BMG360’s media planning and buying skills have on clients’ businesses and how accountable this industry is, and pinpointing where to invest our client's next dollar for the maximum impact. Outside of work, you'll find him in the mountains, whether it's winter or summer. That is his happy place.
